Blodwen's Country Pantry - a taste of the Welsh countryside

Blodwen's Jams and Chutneys:
Blodwen is working with a local jams and preserves specialist and her small team of cooks to create a range of delicious jams and chutneys based on original Welsh recipies. Located in the Preseli mountains,in an old bluestone corn mill, our artisan jam maker, uses the best seasonal, local ingredients and sends her produce all over the world.

Blodwen's Welsh Honey:
Our honey is locally harvested, in the Brecon Beacons, by a family who have been keeping bees since 1902. They harvest honey from Spring to Autumn from apple blossom, hawthorn, lime, wild white clover, borage, blackberry and heather. Whilst the colour and flavour may vary according to the season, the purity of the Welsh countryside from which it comes, does not. The honey is minimally strained so as to retain as much of its goodness, aroma and flavour as possible.
