Blodwen's Organic Cosmeceuticals - Pure Skin Therapy

Experience the therapeutic effects of traditional skincare remedies, locally grown and organically produced in Cardigan Bay.

In this part of West Wales we are steeped in the legends of The Physicians of Myddfai, a local family who in the Middle Ages were court physicians to one of the last Welsh Princes, and who developed a range of natural formulas to heal and nourish. Descendents from this family continued to practise for five centuries up until 1942, with the death of the last surviving member of the family - Dr Rhys Williams.

Inspired by these traditions, we decided to do some delving into the archives and looked into some of our very own 'Mamgu's' (grandmother's) old recipes, home-made rose based infusions, and set upon developing them for Blodwen.

Working with our local, medical herbalist we have created a skincare range which is totally natural, organic, not tested on animals and paraben, petrochemical, sulphate, synthetic colours, glycol, silicone, TEA, DEA and PEGS free.

The result is Blodwen's Rose Cosmeceutical range.
